Big news out of The Jeff Jones Racing team of Formula Drift USA. Jeff Jones has a new title sponsor for the 2016 FD season, doc Energizing Drink. doc is an energizing soda with a powerful pepper taste that’s crafted for renegades and enjoyed by all. If you want to grab a doc and go rouge, you can stop by and say what’s up to the team in Long beach, CA this weekend. Jeff Jones Racing has also teamed up with a few new sponsors: Action Clutch Technology, CPR Engines, and Sticker City who laid down the beautiful wrap. Jeff Jones Racing also wants to thank their long-time supporting sponsors who will be returning for the 2016 season: Traklite Wheels, Turbo By Garrett, Brian Crower, CP-Carillo, Drift Knuckles, and Sinister Designs. No Coast Drift Party and Southwest Drift Series Round 5 are coming!

CALLING ALL FD PRO, FD PRO 2, PRO AM, AND FUN DRIVERS AROUND NORTH AMERICA! Officer Dan Brockett and Vegas Drift are throwing what is going to be the baddest and most fun drift event of the entire year in Albuquerque, New Mexico on September 5-6, 2015. We’ve been going out to No Coast Drift Party for the past 3 years with various friends, and we have not had a better time anywhere else. The people and partying are the wildest, the track is sweet to drive and shoot, and we think you should be there this year! Vegas Drift’s Southwest Drift Series is also holding the final round of their Formula Drift Pro Am licensing series at this event. Come out and compete, and see who is going to earn their 2016 FD license!!!

Event Quickie – Formula Drift Tech Day – March 28, 2015

We knew a couple of our drift buddies would be unveiling some new looks at the 2015 Formula Drift “Tech Day”, and even some new cars, so we took a ride down to the Source Interlink/Super Street Magazine headquarters in Irvine, CA to check them out. We aren’t the type of outlet that digs cars shows, but the turnout was massive, and there were some awesome cars in attendance in addition to the drift cars we were looking for.

If you live in Southern California and are into motorsports, you know that safe and legal facilities to drive your car to its limits have become scarce over the past 10-15 years.Thursday Night Drift at the Irwindale Event Center is kind of a big deal to us. For all the young readers, let me explain why.
